- The line processes transparent PC, light-diffusing PC, PMMA pellets, and PS pellets for single-color and two-color lighting profile extrusion.
- The screw and barrel use 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel. The extrusion head and die are made from S136 corrosion-resistant mirror-finish tool steel.
- Multi-zone independent closed-loop temperature control maintains an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.
