- The screw and barrel use 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel. The extrusion head and die are made from S136 corrosion-resistant mirror-finish tool steel.
PC/PMMA/PS Lighting Profile Extrusion -
- Processes PMMA, transparent PC, and light-diffusing PC pellets.
- It supports single-color, two-color, and multi-color co-extrusion for products such as two-color lighting tubes and lampshades.
PMMA/PC Vented Single-Screw Extrusion Line -
- Materials such as PC, PMMA, PS, ABS, rigid PVC, PP, and PE pellets can be processed on the line.
- Round rigid tubing with an outer diameter of up to 120 mm can be produced, along with a variety of rigid plastic profiles.
Rigid Tube & Profile Extrusion -
- PA, TPU, TPE, TPO, TPV, PE, PP, and other pellet materials can be processed for automotive tubing applications such as high-pressure tubes, fuel lines, and brake lines.
- Online outer diameter or wall thickness measurement works with the haul-off unit through closed-loop feedback to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Automotive Tubing Extrusion Line -
- The line processes TPU, TPA, PP, PE, and ABS for automotive co-extrusion applications.
- It is suitable for producing frame-reinforced automotive edge trim profiles.
