Extrusion Lines
Extrusion lines are complete production systems used for the continuous manufacture of plastic tubing, pipes, and profiles with controlled dimensions and cross-sections. Complete extrusion lines generally consist of an extruder, extrusion tooling such as the head and die, and downstream units for sizing, cooling, haul-off, and product finishing. Based on the material and finished product, our extrusion lines can be configured for single-lumen tubing, multilayer coextrusion, or overjacketing. For applications with strict cleanliness requirements, direct servo drives and extrusion heads with mirror-polished, degreased surfaces help minimize dust and contamination during production.

Fluorocarbons and High Temperature Extrusion LineFluoropolymer and high-temperature engineering plastic extrusion lines are designed for the continuous production of precision rods and tubes from polymers that require demanding processing conditions.
-
Medical Catheters Tubing Extrusion LineMedical catheter tubing extrusion lines produce continuous tubing with controlled diameters and wall thicknesses for use in medical devices. The tubing production process begins when the motor and gearbox turn the screw, carrying the polymer along the heated barrel as it melts and mixes.
-
Multi-Layer Medical Tubing Extrusion LineMulti-layer medical tubing extrusion lines produce composite catheter shafts for interventional and angiographic procedures. The catheter core is drawn from the tension-controlled unwinder, passes through a stainless-steel straightener, and then enters the coextrusion die, in which the inner, outer and intermediate polymer layers are produced.

Precision Silicone Tubing Extrusion LineMedical-grade silicone tubing requires precise shaping and even curing to maintain consistent dimensions. Our precision silicone tubing extrusion lines combine a double-roller automatic feeder with a water-cooled single-screw extruder and die to process solid silicone and form the tube.
-
Tube and Profile Extrusion LineOur industrial tube and profile extrusion lines turn thermoplastic pellets into continuous tubes and profiles with consistent dimensions. The rotating screw moves the plastic pellets through the heated barrel, they melt and mix evenly, before pushing the plastic through a die that forms the required shape.
-
Aerosol Dip Tube Extrusion LineDip tubes are the slim plastic tubes that carry liquid from inside aerosol containers and other dispensing packages to the valve or pump. Since they need to fit these dispensing systems correctly, their diameter and cross-section need to remain consistent along the full length.
-
Multilayer Tubing Extrusion LineMultilayer tubing extrusion lines provide continuous production of medical tubing made up of two or more layers. The required tube structure determines how the extrusion line is configured, including the number and size of the extruders and the multilayer coextrusion die used.

HDPE Duct Extrusion LineHDPE duct extrusion lines convert high-density polyethylene pellets into ducts/pipes with a uniform cross-section in one continuous process. Inside the extruder, the motor and precision gearbox turn the screw, which carries the pellets through the heated barrel.
