- PP, PE, ABS, and other pellet materials can be processed into round aerosol dip tubes with an outer diameter of up to 6 mm.
- Online outer diameter or wall thickness measurement works with the haul-off unit through closed-loop feedback to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- PLC control synchronizes haul-off, cutting, and winding. Low-tension haul-off prevents stretching and deformation, maintaining excellent straightness in short cut tubes.
- Constant-tension winding prevents the tubing from being flattened or elongated during collection.
- The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, while the extrusion head and die use S136 corrosion-resistant mirror-finished tool steel.
- Multi-zone independent closed-loop temperature control maintains an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.
