Key Capabilities
- PP, PE, THV, and other pellet materials can be processed for precision dip tube production.
- Common examples of such products are dip tubes used with lotion pumps, spray pumps, and hand soap pumps, together with perfume spray tubes, fine tubes for use with makeup removers, lip gloss applicator tubes, inner liner tubes for flexible personal care packaging, and short insertion tubes for bottle caps.
- An integrated static eliminator prevents static buildup on the tubing and reduces the attraction of airborne dust during production.
- The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, while the extrusion head and die use S136 corrosion-resistant mirror-finished tool steel.
- Multi-zone independent closed-loop temperature control maintains an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.
