- Either water cooling or air cooling can be added to the forming section to increase production output and improve tube quality.
- The screw and barrel are manufactured from 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, while corrosion-resistant S136 mirror-finish mold steel is used for the extrusion head and die.
- Each heating zone is controlled separately, with temperature accuracy of ±1°C. This provides the stable heating needed to form different materials evenly.
