Key Capabilities
- Medical-grade PVC, TPU, and other polymers can be processed into blood circuit tubing, transfusion tubing, nasal oxygen tubing, infusion tubing, epidural tubing, and single-lumen catheters.
- Extrusion speeds range from approximately 100 to 150 m/min, with an output of about 80–160 kg/h.
- The screw and barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel. The extrusion head and die use corrosion-resistant S136 mold steel with a mirror finish.
- Even at high extrusion speeds, the temperature accuracy is within ±0.5°C and the tubing outer diameter is kept within a tolerance of ±0.05 mm.
- The ultrasonic loop control balances the tension between winding and unwinding so the tubing does not stretch or deform, and each coil has a consistent quality.
