Features
- Our winders are available in both automatic and semi-automatic options and can be configured with one or two winding stations according to different production capacities.
- The traverse guide and winding reel are driven separately, each by its own servo motor and planetary gear reducer, for reliable control throughout the winding process.
- An optional static eliminator can be equipped into the winder to reduce static buildup, so the tubing or cable settles properly as it is wound, and the finished coil is more uniform.
- The ultrasonic loop controller checks the amount of slack in the product and adjusts the winding and pay-off tension as needed, so the product (tubing, cables, etc.) is not stretched or pulled out of shape while it is being coiled.
